If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Our obligation to deliver goods is fulfilled when the goods are delivered to the address provided by you. SUPA-eCart is not liable for any loss or unauthorized use of goods after they have been delivered.

Nothing in this clause 22 or the Terms and Conditions limits your right to approach any court, tribunal or forum of competent jurisdiction in terms of the CPA.
